Pure Heavenly

We created a Direct To Consumer ecommerce marketing system to sell their award-winning chocolate online via their Shopify store and marketplaces, such as Amazon.

Our campaigns targeted customers in the UK, and were primarily focused on acquiring new customers and then dynamically remarketing to them to increase lifetime value. Over 85% of Heavenly’s revenue was driven from our work. 

Our work resulted in –

  • 114% growth in the first 12 months
  • Average 6% conversion rate (2% is considered excellent in e-commerce)
  • Thousands of customers trying the brand for the first time
  • Averaging 4 ROAS each year, with an Average Order Value of £20
  • Increasing Lifetime Value through upsells and subscription packages
